1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "Member", "User", or "you") and Winbox02 (hereinafter "Winbox02", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://winbox02.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, placing any wager, or otherwise using the Winbox02 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Winbox02 operates under an international online gaming regulatory framework and accepts players from permitted jurisdictions only. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the Winbox02 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement applies to all users regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform. Winbox02 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You represent and warrant that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering. Winbox02 does not accept registrations from persons located in Restricted Territories. If you are uncertain whether your jurisdiction is permitted, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Winbox02 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Winbox02 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held in such accounts pending investigation.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of Winbox02 and its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold a member account or place wagers on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on Winbox02, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Winbox02 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank account confirmation).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold or the account being suspended until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Winbox02 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Accurate Information

All personal details entered at the time of registration — including full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, and contact details — must match the identity documents submitted for KYC verification. Discrepancies between registration information and KYC documents may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Winbox02 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC-20, BNB BEP-20). All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the deposit is made in cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of transaction confirmation will be applied.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account and may be subject to an administrative processing charge.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes to sixty (60) minutes of submission during standard operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional security review, during system maintenance windows, or where KYC verification is incomplete. Winbox02 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the receiving financial institution or payment processor.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Requests below this minimum will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum threshold.

5.5 Fund Source Requirements

All funds deposited into a Winbox02 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned to the source account and/or the account being reviewed for compliance. Winbox02 will not process withdrawal requests to accounts or payment methods not registered in the member's verified name.

5.6 Currency

All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the Winbox02 platform are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winbox02 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, and other incentive offers (collectively "Promotions") made available by Winbox02 are subject to the specific terms published with each Promotion and to the general conditions set out in this Section 6. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a member's account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is specified in each individual promotion's terms. By way of illustration: a x10 wagering requirement applied to a MYR 100 bonus means the member must place a total of MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before the wagering requirement is deemed satisfied.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement remains unsatisfied, a maximum single bet cap of MYR 300 (or as specified in the relevant promotion terms, within the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500) applies to all wagers placed with bonus funds. Placing a single bet exceeding the maximum bet cap during an active bonus constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo): 10–20% contribution
• Sports betting: 50% contribution on pre-match wagers with odds of 1.50 or above
• Crash games and instant games: 50% contribution
• Lottery and keno: 20% contribution

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window and wagering requirements not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion) will be automatically forfeited without notice.

6.6 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Winnings

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, withdrawals derived from bonus fund winnings are capped at a maximum of five times (5x) the original bonus amount (e.g., a MYR 100 bonus carries a maximum bonus-derived withdrawal of MYR 500). Any winnings exceeding this cap that are attributable to bonus funds will be removed from the account at the time of withdrawal.

6.7 Bonus Misuse

Winbox02 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation, hedging strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any pattern of play determined by Winbox02 in its reasonable discretion to constitute systematic bonus abuse. Winbox02 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus misuse is identified.

7. Betting Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Certified RNG

All casino game outcomes on the Winbox02 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by our licensed game providers. These RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance. Winbox02 does not influence, modify, or intervene in any game outcome.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on the Winbox02 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, the applicable betting market rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement, and general sports betting industry standards. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding settlement, Winbox02's decision shall be final and binding.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

Winbox02 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known; the bet was placed using information not available to the general public; or the quoted odds were published in error.

7.4 Match Abandonment

In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencement, bets will be settled in accordance with the platform's published market-specific settlement rules. Where no specific rule applies, standard industry practice will be followed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winbox02 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the Platform (whether in your own name or using another person's details);
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform while physically located in a Restricted Territory;
4. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of crime;
5. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to place bets or interact with the Platform without written authorisation;
6. Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in published odds to gain an unfair advantage;
7. Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any competitive gaming environment;
8. Attempting to access another member's account or to obtain another member's account credentials;
9. Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment, including commercial use or resale of access;
10. Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 6.7.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Winbox02 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to Winbox02. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of Winbox02 beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Winbox02 platform without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of Winbox02 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Gambling Loss Liability

Winbox02 shall not be liable to any member for any gambling losses sustained through the use of the Platform, whether in the context of casino games, sports betting, or any other wagering activity. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent and accepted possibility.

10.2 Technical Disruption

Winbox02 shall not be liable for any loss or disruption arising from: scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance; internet service outages; hardware or software failures beyond Winbox02's reasonable control; or cyberattacks, denial-of-service events, or similar external threats.

10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winbox02's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winbox02, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any third-party claim arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gambling

Winbox02 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help members maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income, a means of recovering debts, or a substitute for addressing other personal or financial difficulties.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered members may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration with automatic logout;
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders displaying session duration and net gaming result;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent account closure.

Reductions to deposit or session limits take effect immediately. Increases to these limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before implementation. Self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

Winbox02 employs industry-standard age verification measures. We strongly recommend that all members with children or minors in their household take appropriate steps to prevent those minors from accessing any gambling platform, including the use of internet filtering software where appropriate.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Winbox02's Right to Suspend or Close

Winbox02 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Suspected collusion, fraud, or systematic bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit;
• Any other conduct that Winbox02 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or its members.

12.2 Member-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (subject to pending wager settlement and KYC requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by Winbox02 or by the member — all bonus balances and any wagering progress toward active bonus requirements will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Section 12.2 subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Winbox02 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Winbox02 will provide reasonable notice to affected members via email notification to the registered email address on the account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming regulatory framework under which Winbox02 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of Malaysia.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Winbox02 platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

14.3 Game Disputes

In respect of disputes relating to casino game outcomes, the records maintained by the relevant certified game provider shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed conclusive. Winbox02 will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf where a technical investigation is required.

14.4 Sports Betting Disputes

For disputes relating to sports bet settlement, Winbox02's published market settlement rules (current at the time of bet placement) shall be applied. Official competition results and statistics from recognised sporting bodies shall be used as the primary reference for settlement.
